It seems that some people are having a problem in posting an article to this board.
I will try to explain as understandanble as possible since the menu system is in Korean.

1. Go to this board, "청년회 Youth Group"

2. To post an article, click on "쓰기" at the bottom right corner of the page.

3. IF you are not logged in (which usually is the case), it will prompt the fields "글쓴이", "비밀번호", "이메일 주소", "홈페이지",  "제목" .etc.

4. Create your own "글쓴이" (name) and "비밀번호" (password). You will need them again if you want to modify or delete the
  post later. You don't have to fill in "이메일 주소" and "홈페이지".

5. Fill in "제목" for the title and write your posting in the blank area.

6. You can also enclose files, by pressing "파일 첨부" (attach files). The names of the files enclosed will show up in the window.
   The file size can be no more than 2 MB as it is shown in Korean by the window.
   You can also insert the files highlighted by pressing "본문 삽입" (insert in the post) at the cursor point of the post.

7. After finished typing in either in English or Korean or enclosing files, click "등록" (post it) at the bottom right of the page.
   It will ask you a question "등록하시겠습니까? (do you want to post it?) in a window then click "예"(yes) to post it.
   You can even preview your posting by clicking "미리보기"(preview) before you press the posting button.
